About your Handyman
The HandyForce's mission is to introduce customer service in the Toronto Handyman and General Contracting Business. Everyone preaches "customer service" - we are delivering it through our employees. We only hire friendly, outgoing, professionals with an eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship. Everyone is in uniform, shows up on time and treats you and your property with respect. We inspect quality of service through customer surveys, feedback and site inspection.
Each project we do is assigned a Customer Experience Manager. They are here to ensure that all your questions are answered, your project goes exactly as planned, stays on schedule and make sure that everything meets or surpasses building code. Our Customer Experience Managers don't work on site - they manage the site - meaning they have an objective overview so they can make certain that the end result, and process getting there, is exactly what you expect.
