Today, we celebrate something incredibly special:
The HandyForce is officially 15 years old.

Fifteen years ago, this journey began with a simple mission: to help people improve their homes and properties with reliable, skilled, and trustworthy service. What started as a small operation has grown into a thriving business, a successful franchise, and most importantly, a community built on care, craftsmanship, and connection.

From One Toolbox to Many

In the beginning, The HandyForce was a solo effort with a big vision: raise the standard in handyman services. Back then, there was no Portal, no training program, no franchise model, just a commitment to doing things the right way, every time. Over time, we’ve grown from a local service provider to a trusted name across multiple communities, powered by amazing franchisees who share our values.

What makes us proud isn’t just our growth, it’s how we’ve grown. Our model is built on people first whether it’s our customers, our team members, or our partners. We’ve worked hard to invest in training, tools, and support so our team can focus on what they do best: delivering quality work with integrity.

The Portal: A Backbone for Excellence

One of the biggest milestones in our evolution was the development of The HandyForce Portal, a custom-built internal system that streamlines scheduling, communications, accountability, and service delivery. It’s not glamorous (okay, maybe a little bit to us), but it’s the engine that keeps our operation running smoothly and ensures we deliver on every promise we make to customers.

The Portal supports our franchisees, empowers our team members, and gives our clients a seamless, transparent experience. It’s a cornerstone of our business and one of the many reasons we’ve been able to grow without losing what made us great in the first place.
